We're pretty excited to share what we've been working on here at Sibi, from a refreshed store experience to new releases from our Manager and Home Warranty experience teams. Take a peek below to discover some of the new features now available on Sibi!

Shop by Type

As you explore the store, you can now conveniently shop by product type! Our goal is to make navigating Sibi simple and efficient while opening the door to new manufacturers. This feature aims to streamline your shopping experience, allowing you to find exactly what you're looking for with ease and introducing you to a wider range of manufacturers to enrich your discovery of new and exciting products. If you still want to view all the stores, don’t worry; you can still select All to view all stores.

Real-Time GE Cancelations

With the help of our manufacturing partner, GE Appliances, we are excited to announce that you can now cancel your GE order in real-time. If you cancel a Processed GE order, it is instantly cancelled in our system, giving you immediate peace of mind. Within moments, you can relax, knowing fulfillment is stopped, and you can move on with your work. This new automated process makes cancelling GE orders faster and simpler, especially for weekend or after-hours cancellation requests.

Age of Asset

Interested in tracking the age of your assets without the hassle of paperwork? Now you can track the asset age, displayed on both the property and asset detail pages. This enhancement allows you to strategically plan replacement cycles, helping you take proactive steps to avoid expensive emergency situations.

By easily identifying high-risk outliers prone to failure or breakdowns, you can optimize maintenance schedules based on industry best practices for equipment lifespans. This valuable data not only aids in informed decision-making for maintenance but also promotes transparent discussions with tenants about the status of assets within your property portfolio.

Managers Experience

Sibi Savings Statistics

Our Manager Experience Team is excited to introduce the new Order Statistics feature, offering a detailed overview of your spending over the last 7 days. Head to the Orders tab to explore this enhanced savings experience.

But that's not all! Now you can track your savings per order directly on the Order Detail Page. Simply click into your order to view the estimated savings based on market prices.

Improved Offer Product Search

We are always looking for ways to improve the offer creation process, and that's why we've added filters to better assist research agents in finding comparable replacement products on the offer page. With these filters in place, you can effortlessly locate appliances that match your specific needs, streamlining the offer process and enhancing efficiency.
