Smart Jobs: Effortless, accurate ordering—every time

Say goodbye to over-ordering and wasted materials costs—introducing Smart Jobs! This new beta feature (launching early 2025) will make ordering paint and other supplies smarter, faster, and more efficient. Try this exclusive feature on your next paint order here.

How will it help you?

With Smart Jobs, users always order the right amount—no more guessing or ordering excess materials. It calculates exactly how much material you'll need and you can easily adjust quantities for touch-ups. Stay informed and organized

We’ve added new tools and updates to help you keep on top of your orders:

  • Order updates: Request updates right from the Order Detail Page.
  • Exceptions at a glance: Spot substitutions or changes instantly.
  • Date sorting: Use the new date column to organize orders fast.
  • Office filter: Easily manage orders across all offices.
  • New order detail page: A refreshed order detail page with new features is now available.

Clearer substitution communication

Keeping your projects moving forward just got easier. We’ve added a substitution icon directly on the product page for both GE Appliances and Carrier, so you’ll always know when a substitution is available. This simple change makes it easier to track inventory and understand exactly what’s happening with your orders—helping you stay on top of things without the back-and-forth.

GE Appliances automatic substitution program

If a GE Appliances item is out of stock, GE Appliances will automatically substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value. If the substitute costs less, you’ll get a refund for the difference. Learn more about the substitution process.

Carrier substitution program

With Carrier, if an item is out of stock, users will be offered a similar product or the same item from another brand, if available. It’s Carrier's way of making sure your project stays on track. Explore Carrier brands here, or get details on the program here.

Offers Platform

Streamlined Offer Management

  • New offer detail page: The redesigned Offers Platform provides a clearer view of how orders will be created, offering more transparency and giving you greater control over key elements like primary contacts and fulfillment methods.

Flexible Payment Options

  • Financing option: Policyholders can now use flexible financing for purchases over $50, offering greater flexibility and making larger purchases easier to manage.

Automated Reminders for Easier Follow-up

  • Offer reminder emails: With the new automated reminder email functionality, you can set up reminders to gently nudge policyholders about outstanding offers, ensuring important deadlines are met and reducing the chance of missed opportunities.

Clear and Transparent Order Confirmation

  • Enhanced offer order confirmation emails: Policyholders will now receive more detailed order confirmations, including item prices and applied credits. This added transparency helps ensure everything is clear and provides a smooth, informed experience for users in the offer platform.

The GE Small Appliances shop is now live! Order small kitchen appliances like toasters, air fryers, and more directly from GE Appliances. Explore the shop and discover the perfect small appliance to fit your needs!

Upcoming refrigerant change

Carrier and York are replacing R-410A with the eco-friendly R-454B refrigerant. With a lower global warming potential (GWP) of 466, this change supports sustainability. Carrier and York are fully prepared for the transition, with stock ready to meet new regulations.
